We grade all of our watches according to the following criteria.

• Brand New - Never worn and in factory condition.

• Pre-Owned Unused - As new with no signs of wear.

• Excellent Condition - Shows signs of light usage.

Your watch can be paid for and collected in person or delivered by 24 hour next day delivery.

Payment is taken in the following terms:

• Personal cheque - Subject to full bank clearance and all cheques to be made payable to Watches Of Distinction Limited.

• Cash - Subject to new money laundering regulations, we will only take a maximum of £9000 cash

• All major credit and debit cards accepted - There is no handling charge for these card payments.

• Bankers draft or building society cheque - Subject to full bank clearance.

• Bank transfer - (Chaps or Bacs) We will only release our company bank details once all necessary paperwork is completed. Please talk to your bank and enquire on the timescale of these as they can vary from bank to bank.

• All international Payments - (including Eire) We only accept direct bank transfers and all payments are to be received in GBP.

• Deposits - A minimum of £250 or 20% of the purchase price will be taken as a deposit to secure your watch.

If you are purchasing your watch within mainland UK then 24 hour next day fully insured delivery is included in the price of the watch.

Depending on the value of your watch and your location we will use two forms of delivery agents.

• Royal mail special delivery - this is a fully insured next working business day guaranteed service before 1pm. If you are unavailable to sign for the watch Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details of how, when and where to collect your watch from. Note, two forms of valid identification are normally required.

• International deliveries - delivery is not included in the price of the watch for international customers. We use all major worldwide couriers. Please email or phone for price quotations. We don’t deliver to the USA due to customs restrictions.
