40mm stainless steel Oyster case and rotating bezel with black inlay. Cal 3035 Automatic chronometer movement, gloss black dial with evenly patinad tritium hour markers and scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass. Stainless steel oyster bracelet fastened with a steel flip-lock clasp. This is a VERY rare model. Made between mid 1987 to mid 1988, it was the transitional model between the 16800 and 16610 and varied from the 16800 due to the harder grade of steel used (904L). This immaculate example comes complete with inner and outer box, chronometer papers, hand books, swing tags, wallet, three Rolex service papers and original sales receipt. A rare find!
